My Offerings
In my work, I help you safely develop the capacity to meet pain, and in turn, metabolise the harmful patterns of thinking, feeling & behaving recurring in your life, giving you the freedom to make new choices.
Add a touch of wellness to your special event by booking a group yoga class. The classes are tailored to suit your needs, whether it’s for a sporting team, corporate event or special event with friends.
All of my classes are
Trauma-Informed and Sensitive. They are deep and gentle explorations into breath & body.
These sessions help you to compassionately explore your subconscious mind & bodily experience through skilful cues, questions, and techniques that allow you to navigate the painful beliefs and feelings beneath the surface. As a result, they can be released, leaving you with greater internal freedom and the capacity to process emotions.
A one-on-one yoga session allows time for conversation and exploration. It gives me the opportunity to craft a personal practice for your individual requirements. Guided by your goals and needs, you may focus on physical or emotional challenges, deepening elements of your practice, or working with particular injuries.

Dave has been practicing yoga for 12 years, and teaching in San Diego for over 10 years. Bikram says that it takes 10 years for one to become a true Bikram Yoga Teacher and Dave is there... Dave`s great personality, sense of humor, and way with words make those 90 minutes in the hot room seem like a piece of cake.
Certified Spring 2008
Nelia has been practicing Yang - style Tai Chi for over 10 years. She trained one - on - one from 2002 to 2007 with Howard Tseng, a certified Tai Chi master in Taiwan and in California(San Francisco Bay Area). She was a teaching assistant to Howard for about a year in 2007 and 2008 before moving to San Diego.

Yoga found Richard in the late 90s and he has explored and enjoyed various styles of yoga in the years since then. He holds a degree in anthropology and yoga allows him to blend his interest in the broad range of human experience with his love for physical movement. His classes incorporate his formal training in Anusara.
